【摘要】 传统R&D项目管理模式都是针对企业盈利能力提出的,而落实可持续发展观的研究是围绕社会利益展开的,因此传统R&D项目管理模式均有相应的局限性。在对国外此领域研究成果总结分析的基础上,认为企业落实科学发展观,实施环保R&D项目时,仍需将商业利益放在首位,并结合传统R&D项目管理模式,提出环保R&D项目管理模式,最后进行了展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional R&D project management models mainly revolved about enterprise’s profitability,however,the research of sustainable development view is carried through social interests. Thus, both of them have their own limitations. After combing and analyzing the research results from foreign scholars,the paper holds that in order to really fulfill sustainable development we should put the commercial interests in the first place during the management of environmental protection R&D project. Through combing traditional R&D project management models, the paper puts forward environmental protection R&D project management model and carries on the expectation in the end.更多还原
