【摘要】 针对科技成果转化政府资助项目的评审问题,给出了一种带有模糊信息的项目评价和排序方法。考虑到科技成果转化项目多指标决策中普遍存在弱优先性和不可比性的客观现实,引入了PROMETHEE法,基于项目评价指标具有模糊性和不确定性的特点,用三角形模糊数的概念对其进行改进,同时给出了相应的算法。最后,给出了一个算例以说明提出方法的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper presents a method for evaluating or ranking the scientific & technological achievements transformation(STAT) projects that are supposed to be supported by governments. Considering thd weak preferencde, incomparability and unclear future of the projects in multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM), we introduce the PROMETHEE algorithm and use the concept of triangular fuzzy numbers to modify it.
