【Abstract】 The technological innovation is an engine of economic growth. In order to achieve growth of the economy, it must depend on technological innovation for six provinces in the middle part of our country. Based on the method of DEA, this paper analyses the performance of regional technological innovation among six provinces in the middle part of our country and Beijing, Shanghai, Guangdong, and probes into the reason for the comparatively worse performance of the regional technological innovation of the Middle Area. This paper also puts forward some improvement suggestions on how to seize the opportunity for six provinces in the middle part of our country, to realize "Central Rise".更多还原
