【摘要】 通过机关的内部网络,利用公文处理系统将传统的人工公文呈报方式改为网上传递,加强文秘的管理职能,缩短公文处理时间,提高办公效率。在公文处理环节中,着重对机关公文的内部流转进行精心设计。系统采用固定节点、组合流程的设计思想,使得公文的流转不受固定流程的约束,以增强系统的适用性与延续性。其传递过程,主要分为公文呈报、公文签发、公文跟踪、公文查询和待代办公文五部分。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through institution’s internal network, submits a report using the archives processing system the traditional artificial archives the way to change on the net to transmit, strengthens file the management function, reduces the archives process time, enhances the office efficiency.
