企业并购后的文化冲突与管理
The Culture Conflicts and Management after Enterprise Merger and Acquisition
【摘要】 全球经济一体化,使并购成为可能。然而大量名噪一时的国际并购案最终都陷入“70/70现象”的尴尬,以失败收场。基于统计数据的结论论证了文化冲突是导致并购失败的主要原因,并从并购双方力量对比的角度,提出了解决文化冲突的三种策略。
【Abstract】 Merger and acquisition has become an irrestibal trend,under the background of global economic integration. Although, with an full confidence, well-known international Merger and acquisition final suffers from unsuccess, with the ratio of 70%. Based on the statistic data, it is mostly resulted by culture conflicts. Three countermeasures have been advised on the base of bilateral power balance.
