【Abstract】 After generally analyzing the institution and its own change, the author trys to think the institutional change as the sum of the institutional self improvement process in a long period and the institutional transformation process in a short period. Form this, we find the opening plays and important in the institutional change. At the same time, this thesis explores the institutional equilibrium with its own processing by introducing the institutional efficiency. At the same time, the author gives some premature proposals to the socialistic maket’s order construction in the last part of this article.更多还原
