【摘要】 目的:为扩大正品山药的药源提供科学依据。方法:采用药材性状、粉末显微特征、薄层色谱对三种山药进行实验研究。结果:怀山药、淮南山药、铁杆山药三个品种有一定差异,但它们的主要成分相同。结论:根据实验结果认为,淮南山药、铁杆山药在怀山药供不应求的时候可作为它的替代品应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To provide a scientific basis for expanding the resource of certified Radix Dioscorea Opppsitae.Methods: Characteristic identification,microscopic identification and TLC were used.Results: Although there were some differences among the three varieties,the same major constituents were founded in them.Conclusion: Huai Nan Dioscorea Opppsitae,Tie Gan Dioscorea Opppsitae can be used as substitution products for Radix Dioscorea Opppsitae,when the supply of the latter is tight.更多还原
