荧光分光光度法测定注射用头孢他啶的含量
Determination of eftazidime in jection by fluorimetric spectrophotometry
【摘要】 目的:在磷酸氢二钠—柠檬酸碱性缓冲溶液介质中,过硫酸钾存在下,头孢他啶能够增强荧光桃红的荧光强度,从而建立了荧光法测定头孢他啶含量的新方法。方法:头孢他啶的质量浓度与荧光强度的变化在5μg/L~50μg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.52%,其检出限为2.17μg/L。结果:该法简便、快速,结果可靠。结论:能应用于药物制剂中头孢他啶含量的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective: An Fluofimetric method is reported for the determination of ceftazidime.The proposed method is based on the effect of ceftazidime on the reaction of K2S2O8 on phloxine in dibasic sodium phosphate-citric acid/sodium citrate buffer solution medium.Methods: The detection limit for ceflazidime is 2.17 μg/L.The RSD is 1.52%.The linear range of the determination is 5 μg/L~50 μg/L.Results: This method is simple and fast,the result is reliable.Conclusion: This method has been used successfully to determine ceffazidime troche.
