甘草酸二铵注射液有效期的测定

【摘要】 目的:测定甘草酸二铵注射液的药物稳定性。方法:初均速法测定甘草酸二铵注射液的稳定性,在阿仑尼乌斯方程中以初始平均反应速率(lnV0)代替反应的速率常数(1nK i),线性回归计算出甘草酸二铵的有效期。结果:甘草酸二铵注射液在室温下稳定,有效期为2.18 a。结论:初均速法测定甘草酸二铵注射液的稳定性方便、可靠。

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine constancy of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection.Methods: The initial average rate method for predicting stability of pharmaceuticals was established by using the logarithm of the average of the initial stage of reaction rate(lnVo)instead of the logarithm of the rate constant(lnk) in the Arrhenius equation,expiration date of diammonium glycyrrhizinate injection was computed with linear regression.Results: Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection was stable at the room temperature,and its expiration date was 2.18 years.Conclusion: The initial average rate method for predicting stability of Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate injection is convenient and reliable.
