【摘要】 目的:观察苦参碱诱导肝癌细胞向正常肝细胞分化过程中细胞骨架的改变。方法:采用coom asie b lueR250染色法观察不同浓度苦参碱对SMMC-7721细胞不同时间诱导分化时细胞骨架改变。结果:苦参碱诱导肝癌细胞分化过程中细胞骨架经历了解聚、聚合、又趋向正常的变化。结论:此结果将对肝癌的诱导分化治疗提供理论依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the change on cytoskeletion of hepatoma cells differentiation induced by matrine.Methods: Stained by coomasie blue,the change on investigate the cytoskeletion of SMMC-7721 cells was observed,which was induced by the different concentration of matrine in differet time point.Results: In matrine treated SMMc-7721 cells,The cytoskeleton presented the change of disbanding,assembleing,tending to normal.Conclusion: The present result provides an experimental evidence to the inducing differentiation therapy of the hepatocellular carcinoma.更多还原
