【Abstract】 The key target of coordinated reform in Tianjin Binhai New Area is to fully play the function of market resources allocation and makes efforts for the government to shift its function and to emphases social harmony. By exploring in establishing system and mechanism with scientific develop- ment concept, it takes economic and system reform as the key to embark coordinated reforms on society, government and foreign-related environment.
