【Abstract】 The Pan Pearl River Delta is located at the forefront region of CAFTA. To promote the development of the "10+1" FTA, efforts should be made to boost the cooperation of all the neighboring provinces, no matter directly and indirectly linked to the ASEAN countries. The construction of free trade platform should be accelerated to make a breakthrough for CAFTA. The construction of infrastructure in and outside China should be actively pushed to build a channel from the forefront region to the ASEAN countries both on the land and by the sea. Hong Kong should actively participate in the cooperation of 10+1. In such ways, a front position of "10+1" FTA will be in the forming and will work effectively.更多还原
