B型与浙江非B型烟粉虱药剂敏感性的比较

【摘要】 比较了新入侵我国的B型烟粉虱Bemisiatabaci(Gennadius)与非B型烟粉虱ZHJ-1种群对5%吡虫啉乳油和5%吡丙醚乳油2种杀虫剂的敏感性。ZHJ-1种群卵、若虫和成虫对这2种药剂的敏感性均比B型的明显或显著要高。吡丙醚具有高杀卵活性,在有效成分为0.25mg/L时,2个烟粉虱种群卵的死亡率高于90%。药剂敏感性的差异可能是B型竞争取代本地非B型烟粉虱的一个重要原因。

【Abstract】 The susceptibility to 5% EC imidacloprid and 5% EC pyriproxyfen between the invasive B biotype and the non-B ZHJ-1 population of Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius)in Zhejiang, China, was compared in the laboratory. The eggs, nymphs and adults of the ZHJ-1 population were obviously or significantly more susceptible to both imidacloprid and pyriproxyfen than the B biotype. Pyriproxyfen showed high levels of ovicidal effects and exerted over 90% mortality on eggs of both populations of B. tabaci at a concentration of 0.25 mg/L active ingredient. Differences in susceptibility to insecticides between biotypes of B. tabaci are speculated to be an important mechanism for the B biotype to displace non-B biotypes of the insect.
