铅锑锌铁硫化矿-乙黄药电化学浮选行为的研究
A Study on Electrochemical Flotation Behavior of Lead-antimong-zinc-iron Sulfides-KEX
【摘要】 考查了乙黄药为捕收剂时,磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿的浮选行为,发现在pH2~12的范围内,磁黄铁矿和脆硫锑铅矿均表现出良好的可浮性,只有pH>12时,可浮性下降。铁闪锌矿只有在酸性条件下才有较好的可浮性,当pH>5以后,浮选回收率急剧下降而不可浮。并采用氧化剂过硫酸铵、还原剂硫代硫酸钠调节矿浆电位,考查了磁黄铁矿、脆硫锑铅矿和铁闪锌矿在不同pH值下,可浮性与矿浆电位的关系,得出了矿物可浮的电位-pH区间。研究表明,三种硫化矿存在可分离电位区间。
【Abstract】 The flotation behavior of pyrrhotite,jamesonite and marmatite was investigated with ethyl xanthate(KEX) as a collector.The results shown that pyrrhotite and jamesonite have good floatability at pH2~12,and relatively poor floatability at pH>12.Marmatite exhibited good floatability at pH5. The flotation of these minerals was also dependent on the pulp potential.The potential-pH range for flotation of these minerals was established.The potential range for separation of three minerals was demonstrated.
