石墨炉原子吸收法测定化探样品中的痕量金
Trace gold determination of geochemical sample with graphite furnace atomic absorption method
【摘要】 试样经灼烧、王水(1+1)分解后,置于10%±的王水介质中经泡塑富集,高温灰化,小体积王水浸取后,以N i作为A u的稳定改进剂,用石墨炉原子吸收法测定A u。本方法检出限为0.18ng/mL,相对标准偏差为3.98%~6.12%。适用于地质、化探样品中痕量金的测定。
【Abstract】 At first,the samples was burned and decomposed with aqua regia(1+1) and then soaked in about 10% aqua regia medium with plastic for gold accumulation and burned to ash which was extracted with a small volume of aqua regia,using Ni as Au stabilization and improvement agent.Au determination was done by graphite furnace atomic absorption method,the detecting limit of which is 0.18ng/mL,relative standard deviation is 3.98%~6.12%,is suitable for trace element determination of geochemical samples.
