三种自酸蚀黏接体系的研制和黏接强度测试

【摘要】 目的开发自酸蚀黏接剂,替换传统的用磷酸酸蚀、水洗、吹干等。简化操作步骤。方法选用三种酸性可聚合单体,配合极性、渗透性好的、助溶力强的可聚合单体及使羧基可离子化的水等组成的自酸蚀黏接体系并进行了黏接强度测试。结果筛选出可聚合单体甲基丙烯酸三羧基酯(D9051)为主的组成自酸蚀黏接体系,黏接抗剪切强度,对牙本质达24.2Mpa,牙釉质为18.9MPa。结论经研制和测试,以D9051为主的自酸蚀黏接体系为一种较理想的黏接材料。

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a self-etching adhesive to replace tranditional bonding techniques such as phosphoric acid etching, rinsing and air drying and simplify the treatment. Methods Selected acid polymeric monomers were melted with polymeric monomers of good polarity, effusion and thawing power and with water that can produce ion combination reaction against carboxyl. Results A new self-etching adhesive was developed with the selected polymeric monomer of D9051 as the main component. The new self-etching adhesive proves to be effective, with a cutting-resistence bonding capacity of 24.2MPa for the dentin, and 18.9 MPa for the enamel. Conclusion The new self-etching adhesive is effective in sealing the tubuli of the dentin and in protecting the dental pulp against postoperative sensitivity.
