【摘要】 动物性食品一直是人类餐桌上的美味佳肴。近年来,由于大量的兽药被允许使用,在创造了可观的经济效益的同时由于其在动物体内造成蓄积,从而对处于食物链末端的人类的身体健康产生了不良影响。这成为全球性的卫生问题,对这一问题,动物性食品中药物残留量的检验方法发展迅速。国内外现行推荐的方法有：HPLC、GC、HPLC-MS、GC-MS等,其中HPLC法灵敏度高,准确度及精密度好,适用范围广,快速,可同时分离测定多残留样的分析,且与其他方法比较成本较低。本文主要介绍HPLC法在各类动物性药物残留量的测定中的应用。更多还原
