【摘要】 搜集穿心莲种质资源20份,进行种植试验和生物学鉴定、评价及药用成分含量测定,结果表明:各地种植的穿心莲种子纯度不一致、混杂严重,主要存在大叶型和小叶型两种生态类型;不同种质的穿心莲茎叶干重、药用成分含量均差异显著,大叶型的茎叶干重及药用成分含量均明显高于小叶型,说明大叶型穿心莲的产量、产值较小叶型穿心莲具有明显的优势;经过2年的试验,初步筛选出产量中上等、药用成分含量高的优良品系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study on fine germplasm of Andrographis paniculata.Methods To have collected and planted 20 varieties of germplasm of Andrographis paniculata,appraised about their biology characters and determined contents of medicinal ingredient.Results It is serious that the seed purity has intermix,but there are mostly two zoology varieties,big foliage type and small foliage type,they are obviously different with weight of dry medicinal material and with medicinal ingredient,respectively,average dry weights of stem and leaf,and medicinal ingredient of big foliage type are more better than that of small foliage type.Conclusion It is showed that the yields and production values of big foliage type are obviously prior to that of small foliage type.更多还原
