【摘要】 目的确定苦参的适宜采收期。方法采取定株分期采集化验的方法。结果秋分至小雪前采收苦参碱含量较高,分别为11月20日采收,含量为3.1%,9月20日采收,含量为2.98%,而3月19日,5月20日,7月20日采收的苦参碱含量相对低。结论秋分至封冻前为苦参的适宜采收期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To confirm optimal collecting stages of Sophora flavescens Ait.Methods Based on a component analysis of Sophora flavescens Ait.in different growing periods with the same one plant.Results The alkaloid contents of S.flavescens Ait.gathered from the annul Autumnal Equinox to Light Snow were higher, they were 3.1% and 2.98%,respectively;and the ones gathered on March 19,May 20,July 20 were relatively lower.Conclusion It should be the best collecting time of S.flavescens Ait.during Autumnal Equinox to before being freezed-up.更多还原
