【摘要】 目的用HPLC法测定清肠愈溃膏中靛玉红的含量,制定该制剂的质量标准。方法色谱柱为Hypersil BDS C18(5μm 4.6 mm×250 mm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30);检测波长:280 nm;柱温:27℃。结果靛玉红在(0.010~0.055)μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=1。结论本法操作简便,结果满意,可用于清肠愈溃膏的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of Indirubin in Qingchang Yukui ointment and lay down a quality standard of this preparation.Methods Hypersil BDS C₁₈ column（5μm 4.6mm×250mm）was used with mobile phase of methanol-water（70∶30） and UV detection at 280nm,column temperature at 27 ℃.Results The linear range of Indirubin is 0.010⁰.055μg,r=（0.999 9）.Conclusion The method is simple and the result is satisfied,it can be used for control quantity of Qingchang Yukui ointment.更多还原
