高含铁量镀铬液中硫酸根的测定
The Determination of Sulfate Radicals in Chromium Plating Bath with High Iron Ions Content
【摘要】 目的准确测定高含铁量镀铬液中硫酸根的含量。方法通过对传统重法的改进,减少铁杂质的影响。结果通过对传统重量法测定镀铬液中硫酸根含量的改进,找到了一种测定含铁杂质镀铬液中硫酸根的方法,该方法具有准确度高操作简单的特点。结论该方法应用于对实际电镀生产中硫酸根的监测,避免了因生产过程中硫酸根含量不准,对镀件质量的影响。获得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
【Abstract】 Objective Try to find a method to determine the sulfate radicals in chromium plating bath with high iron ions.Methods Through the improvement method of gravimetric analysis method.Results The method was high veracity and simple to operation.Conclusions This method was also used to monitor the sulfate radicals of the plate program of a factory and a better result was obtained.
