【摘要】 目的研究枸杞煎剂对小白鼠免疫功能的作用。方法将枸杞煎剂分为3个浓度组:0.25 g/ml组、0.50 g/ml组和0.75 g/ml组,按0.2ml/10g体重给小白鼠连续灌胃10d,观察其对免疫功能的作用。结果枸杞煎剂可明显增加小白鼠的脾指数、胸腺指数、淋巴细胞转化率和430nm处的吸光度。结论枸杞煎剂对小白鼠的免疫功能有明显的促进作用,为临床应用提供了实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the the effects of Lycium Barbarum on the immunopharmacological activity of the mice. Methods After irrigating mice stomach with Lycium Barbarum of 0.25 g/ml,0.50 g/ml,0.75 g/ml,0.2ml/10g(by body weight)for sucessive 10 days,and their effects on immunocompetence were studied. Results Lycium Barbarum could remarkably increase index of spleen and thymus,raise T lymphocytes transformation rate and absorbency of 430nm. Conclusions It is indicated that Lycium Barbarum has a promoting effects on the functions of immune of mice,which also provide an experimental basis for the clinical application.更多还原
