【摘要】 目的观察巢衰复元汤治疗卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法治疗组38例运用中药方剂巢衰复元汤(自拟)治疗;对照组19例采取激素替代疗法。均治疗5个疗程,治疗结束3个月后进行疗效比较。结果治疗组总有效率为71.1%,对照组为36.9%,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。治疗组症状总改善率为61%,对照组为17%,差异有非常显著意义(P<0.01)。结论巢衰复元汤治疗卵巢早衰疗效显著,中药疗效肯定。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Chaoshuaifuyuan Decoction on premature ovarian failure (POF). Method The treatment group with 38 cases was treated with Chaoshuaifuyuan Decoction (self-prepared) and the control group with 19 cases was treated with hormone substitution therapy. The treatment in two groups was continued for 5 courses and the curative effects in two groups were compared 3 months after the end of treatment. Result The total effective rate was 71.1 % in the treatment group and 36.9% in the control group. The difference was significant (P<0.05). The rate of symptom relief was 61 % in the treatment group and 17% in the control group, and the difference was great significant (P<0.01). Conclusion Chaoshuaifuyuan Decoction has a significant curative effect on premature ovarian failure.更多还原
