【摘要】 目的通过研究淫羊藿等10种中药对小鼠体重及子宫发育的影响,探讨它们的雌激素样作用。方法正常昆明种雌性小鼠121只,随机分为12组(正常对照组、阳性对照组和10个中药组)。各组给药4 d,于第5天处死动物,计算子宫系数;观察小鼠体重的变化;E lisa法检测小鼠血清雌激素(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平。结果①灌胃淫羊藿能使小鼠的子宫系数明显升高;灌胃肉苁蓉和补骨脂可使动物的子宫系数有所下降(P<0.01)。②灌胃淫羊藿使小鼠体重增长速度显著升高(P<0.01);灌胃枸杞也可促进小鼠体重增长加速,灌胃肉苁蓉和补骨脂可使小鼠体重增长减慢,但无显著性差别(P>0.05)。③灌胃菟丝子、红花、丹参和肉苁蓉可使小鼠血清E2和LH含量增高,FSH含量降低;而灌胃淫羊藿、女贞子、川牛膝将使小鼠血清E2、LH和FSH含量均降低。结论淫羊藿能刺激小鼠子宫发育,促进其体重增长,改变其血清E2、LH和FSH激素水平,具有一定的植物雌激素活性;肉苁蓉和补骨脂对小鼠子宫发育有一定的抑制效应,其作用机理及其有效成分均需进一步探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the estrogenic effects through the study on the influence of ten kinds of Chinese herbal drugs,including Herba Epimedii on mouse body weight and uterus growth.Methods The （total） of 121 Kunming female mice were selected and divided randomly into 12 groups（including the（normal） control group,positive control group and 10 groups of Chinese herbal drugs） The mice in different groups were treated for 4 days and were killed on fifth day,and the uterus coefficient was calculated.The changes of mouse weight were observed before and after the drug administration. The serum levels of E₂,LH and FSH were detected by using Elisa method.Results ①The administration of Herba Epimedii（orally） increased significantly the uterus coefficient in mice,while that of Herba Cistanches or Fructus（Psoraleae） decreased the uterus coefficient（P<0.01）.②The administration of Herba Epimedii orally（increased） significantly the rise rate of mouse weight（P<0.01）,and that of fructus lycii had the same（result）,but that of Herba Cistanches or Fructus Psoraleae decreased the rise rate of mouse weight.There was no significant difference in statistical analysis（P>0.05）.③The administration orally of Semen Cuscutae,Flos Carthami,Radix Salviae and Herba Cistanches increased the serum levels of E₂ and LH and decreased FSH level,but that of Herba Epimedii,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi and Radix Cyathenlae（decreased） the serum levels of E₂, LH and FSH.Conclusion Herba Epimedii has the plant estrogenic effects,such as effects of stimulating uterus growth and putting on body weight, and changes the serum levels of E₂,LH and FSH.Herba Cistanches or Fructus Psoraleae has the inhibitory effects on mouse（uterus） growth and which mechanism and effective principles are needed further research.更多还原
