椿乳凝胶质量控制方法研究

【摘要】 目的制定椿乳凝胶质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)鉴别牡丹皮和冰片,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定苦参碱的含量。结果薄层斑点清晰,重现性好;椿乳凝胶中苦参碱平均加样回收率为97.94%,RSD为3.16%。结论本法简便、准确,可有效控制椿乳凝胶质量。

【Abstract】 Objective To set down the quality control standard for Chunru gel.Methods Cortex Moutan and Borneolum syntheticum were identified by thin layer chromatography(TLC),and the content of matrine was determined by HPLC.Result The result showed that the spots of TLC were fairly clear,the repeatability was good and the average sample-adding recovery of matrine was 97.94%(RSD=3.16%).Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and qualified for the quality control of Chunru gel effectively.
