两次高校调整合并与高等教育的发展
Twice Adjustment and Combination of Universities and the Development
【摘要】 本文通过对两次高校调整合并的背景、指导思想、运作过程进行分析,探讨了两次高校调整合并对高等教育发展的促进作用,并提出了高校合并后要积极思考的几个问题。
【Abstract】 By analysing and comparing the background,the golden rule and operation course of twice adjustment and combination of universities,the article discusses its promoting fuction,and advance the qustions to be thought over.
