【Abstract】 The common problems of the air conditioning ventilation system in most of hotel kitchens are analyzed.The design of partial air supply,overall ventilation in hotel kitchens and choosing direct evaporative cooling switch-fan as the kitchen cooling air-exchanging device is elaborated.Some common safety problems in current exhausting pipeline design and their solutions are put forward.更多还原
