【摘要】 本文主要介绍了聚四氟乙烯覆膜滤料的发展过程,分析了聚四氟乙烯覆膜滤料表面过滤的除尘机理。通过与传统滤料相比,说明了覆膜滤料的优越性,并指出覆膜滤料具有除尘效率高、排放浓度低、运行阻力小、过滤速度高、使用寿命长和运行费用省等特点。最后介绍了覆膜滤料在水泥工业中的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The development progress of PTFE membrane filter material was introduced.The dust-removal mechanism of surface filtration PTFE membrane filer material was analyzed.Compared with the traditional filter material,the advantages of the membrane filter material were indicated which are higher dust-removal efficiency,lower discharge concentration and run resistance,higher filtration velocity,longer natural life and lower run charge and so on.At last,using PTFE membrane filter material in cement industry was introduced.更多还原
