复摆颚式破碎机的遗传算法优化设计
Optimum design of compound pendulum jaw crusher with genetic a lgorithms
【摘要】 在对复摆颚式破碎机曲柄摇杆机构进行运动分析的基础上,以排料口处动颚特性值最小为优化目标,建立其优化设计数学模型。采用基于双种群违约解修正法的遗传算法对其进行优化设计,并对优化前后破碎机的性能进行对比。结果表明优化后排料口处动颚特性值由2·73减小到1·89,破碎机构的性能得到显著改善。
【Abstract】 The crank and rocker mechanism is very important t o the compound pendulum jaw crusher. A mathematical model of the mechanism is est ablished to minimize the feature value of the moving jaw on the basis of kinetic analysis. After optimized with genetic algorithms, the feature value drops for m 2.73 to 1.89. According to the analysis and calculation, it is shown that t he performance of the crank and rocker mechanism is farther improved.
