焦化废水回用于转炉除尘的预膜条件研究
Study of Prefilming Conditions for Coking Wastewater reuse to Converter Gas-washing
【摘要】 依据焦化废水的水质特点及其在转炉除尘水系统温度条件下的蒸发浓缩过程中pH和碱度持续下降的现象,通过试验研究确定了补充碱度到原水的3倍,抑制了pH的持续下降。在此基础上,试验研究了药剂比例、药剂总量、pH、温度、钙离子浓度、流速等因素对预膜效果的影响作用,结果表明焦化废水回用转炉除尘的预膜配方案为:六偏磷酸钠600 mg/L,硫酸锌200 mg/L,运行pH值为5.5,常温预膜48 h或50℃下预膜8 h,可以获得最佳的预膜效果。
【Abstract】 Based on characteristics of coking wastewater quality and the pH and alkaline contin uous descent during evaporating with the temperatures of converter gas-washing system, the pH was controlled by adding the alkaline to 3 times of the wastewater. Then, effects of these factors, such as the proportion and concentration of prefilm agents, pH, temperature, the concentration of calcium ion, and velocity of flow, were studied in experimentation. The results showed that the best plan of prefilming for coking wastewater reuse as the converter gas-washing was the concentra tion of sodium hexametaphosphate as 600 mg/L and the zinc sulfate as 200 mg/L, pH = 5. 5, and 48 h in atmospheric temperature or 8 h in 50℃.
