反硝化除磷系统的启动及其稳定性研究

【摘要】 采用厌氧/缺氧(A/A)SBR为研究对象,通过启动试验研究了反硝化除磷菌(DPB)选择和富集的必要条件。试验结果表明,厌氧/缺氧交替的环境和合适的C、N值可使DPB快速成为系统中的优势菌群;稳定运行后的系统,当进水CODCr:N:P为250:60:10.5时除磷所用碳源最少,且C、N、P的去除率均在90%以上。当进水CODCr为250 mg/L,SRT、为18 d左右,进出水硝氮浓度分别控制在1.5 mg/L和7 mg/L以下时,系统运行稳定性较好。

【Abstract】 In this study, start - up stage of an anaerobic/anoxic sequencing batch reactor (A/A SBR) is conducted to investigate the screening and enrichment conditions for denitrifying phosphorus removing bacteria (DPB). Experimental results showed that there exits certain amount of DPB in denitrifying activated sludge, which could become dominant populations quickly by providing optimum cultivating conditions, especially that of A/A alternative environment and proper C/N. When the reactor reach stable status, when the concentration of CODCr, nitrate and phoursphors is 250 mg/L, 60 mg/L, and 10. 5 mg/L respectively, the amount of carbon use is quite low, and he removal rate of nitrate and phoursphors could reach the level of higher than 90%. When the concentration of CODCr in the influent is 250 mg/L, SRT is about 18 d. When nitrate concentration in the influxion is more than 1. 5 mg/L and the nitrate concentration in the effluent is less than 7 mg/L, the reactor could operate stablely.
