太湖流域安全饮用水保障技术示范工程——上海杨树浦水厂新建深度处理与污泥处置部分
Demonstration engineering for safe drinking water ensuring technology in the Tai Lake Valley——Advanced water and sludge treatment part of Yangshupu Waterworks in Shanghai
【摘要】 上海杨树浦水厂新建工程规模36万m3/d,在常规水处理工艺基础上增设臭氧活性炭深度处理工艺。详细介绍了示范工程中臭氧活性炭深度处理工艺的建设情况,对臭氧的投加方式、气源选择以及活性炭的工艺设计、反冲洗方式等关键技术进行了说明。并对污泥处置、废水回用工艺及深度处理工艺设计中采用的节能措施进行了阐述。
【Abstract】 By applying ozone activated carbon technology it was expected that the outlet water quality was improved and solved especially for higher organic pollutions in demonstrating engineering Yangshupu Waterworks in Shanghai(with capacity of 360 000 m3/d). It was introduced advanced water treatment including ozone dosage and supply,design and backwashing of activated carbon facility etc. The sludge disposal,wastewater recirculation and the energy-saving measures in treatment system were also presented as well.
