USB反应器中颗粒污泥反硝化特性
Denitrification characteristics with granular sludge in USB reactor
【摘要】 在USB反应器中接种活性污泥,以葡萄糖为碳源在40天内培养出良好的反硝化颗粒污泥。在水力上升流速3.3 m/h时,MLSS与MLVSS分别为27.5g/L与23.1g/L;当反应器氮负荷为19.1 gN/(L·d)、有机负荷为91.3 gCODCr/(L·d)时,氨氮和CODCr去除率分别达到98.4%与91.1%;在允许负荷内,若进水C/N值合适,则出水硝酸盐氮与CODCr浓度均很低,NO3--N<1 mg/L, CODCr,<10 mg/L。
【Abstract】 Well-formed denitrifying granular sludge was obtained within 40 days when activated sludge was used as inoculum with glucose as carbon source in USB reactor. The sludge concentration in the sludge blanket was 27. 5 g/L(MLSS) and 23. 1 g/L (MLVSS) respectively at a linear velocity of 3. 3 m/h. According to 19. 1 gN/(L · d) and 91. 3 gCODCr/(L · d), 98. 4% of N-removal and 91. 1% of CODCr removal has achieved respectively. What’s more, a very low concentration in effluent could occur, if an optimal C/N ratio had been operated, with nitratenitrogen and CODCr less than 1 mg/L and 10 mg/L respectively.
