基于改进层次分析法的建设项目风险评价研究

【摘要】 将改进的层次分析法应用到工程项目风险评价中,是在传统的层次分析法基础上,采用三标度法,引入最优传递矩阵,进而转化成一致性判断矩阵,避免了传统方法判断矩阵的一致性检验。运用该方法不仅计算出了风险因素的权重排序值,而且得出了基于项目总风险最低的目标下不同方案总的风险度值,为项目决策者和管理者提供科学的决策依据。经项目风险评价的实例验证,用改进的层次分析法对工程项目风险进行评价,是简便可行的。

【Abstract】 The improved analytical hierarchy process is applied in evaluating risk of construction projects. Based on the traditional analytical hierarchy process, the unified test of traditional method is avoided owing to using the three scale method and inducting the optimum transfer matrix and then converting into the unified judgment matrix. It is that not only percent taxis values of risk factors is calculated but also overall risk values of different schemes based on minimizing total risk of the construction project is educed, which can offer scientific gist for leaders and administers of projects. It is proved by example that it is convenient and feasible to use the improved analytical hierarchy process in evaluating risk of construction projects.
