【摘要】 项目投资风险综合评价是对项目的全面技术经济评价,可为投资者提供重要的决策支持,有重要的现实意义。文中运用属性集和属性测度理论,在构造项目投资风险单指标、多指标属性测度函数的基础上,建立完整的项目投资风险评价的模型,提出了较科学的风险因素权重确定方法及风险属性识别准则。应用实例表明,项目投资风险属性数学模型是合理可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research of the project’s investment risk analysis is the technological and economic synthetic assessment of the project. It can provide investor with important support in decision-making and has quite considerable significance in reality. On the basis of using attribute sets and attribute measure theory to make single index and multiple index attribute measure function of project investment risk. This paper puts forward the integrated attribute mathematical model, which is used to evaluate the project’s investment risk. It also expounds a comparatively scientific method of determining risk index weight and the discriminating rule of the project risk attributes.
