【Abstract】 The core issue of developing urban rail traffic is the capital funding. Construction project of Shenzhen railway line 4 is the first nonprofit integrated infrastructure constructed by BOT financing mode successfully in China. Application of BOT financing mode in metro line 4 is discussed, and operational procedure of every stage is analyzed. The joint development of land and realty exploitation with BOT is the unique characteristic of metro line 4 financing,which improves the success possibility of BOT.
