深圳地铁4号线二期工程项目融资模式研究
Study on Dichophase Project Financing Mode of Shenzhen Metro Line 4
【摘要】 发展城市轨道交通的核心问题是筹集资金。深圳轨道交通4号线建设项目是中国首例成功运用BOT融资模式建设的非赢利性大型基础设施项目,本文阐述了BOT融资模式在4号线建设中的应用,剖析了每个阶段的具体做法。将土地和物业开发与BOT相结合是4号线融资模式的独到之处,增加了BOT成功的可能性,这对我国类似项目的开发建设有借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 The core issue of developing urban rail traffic is the capital funding. Construction project of Shenzhen railway line 4 is the first nonprofit integrated infrastructure constructed by BOT financing mode successfully in China. Application of BOT financing mode in metro line 4 is discussed, and operational procedure of every stage is analyzed. The joint development of land and realty exploitation with BOT is the unique characteristic of metro line 4 financing,which improves the success possibility of BOT. The practice presents reference for similar projects.
