【摘要】 跨栏跑是一项技术性较强、教学难度较大的田径项目,如何根据学生的身体条件和身体素质进行有针对性地教学,从而提高跨栏成绩,成为教学中所要解决的问题。起跑过第一栏是整个跨栏过程中的一个重要环节,通过对某校历届田径运动队跨栏成绩二年的前后对比分析,证明加强起跑过第一栏技术,能够较好地提高成绩,为今后教学和训练提供一定的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Hurdle race is a high technical event of track and field that demands skillful instruction.In view of students’ physical condition and quality,giving proper instruction to improve the hurdle score is a major task for the first hurdle is a key step in hurdling.Analysis of the first and the second year’s hurdle scores of the successive track and field teams in certain university shows that strengthening the first hurdle’s technique can greatly raise the hurdle score and hence provide some reference for hurdle teaching and training.更多还原
