【Abstract】 Nowadays the cyber economy and how the enterprises can survive and develop in network has become the one of the most popular topics that manages educational circles and the administrators are talking about. The article has answered what is the cyber economy at first, and affirmed it is a kind of new-type economic form. Then has explained why cyber economy rises briefly.
