【摘要】 20世纪60年代,美国经济学家鲍尔丁提出“宇宙飞船理论”,被认为循环经济的早期思想萌芽。进入90年代经济发展状况日益恶化,资源、环境问题日益严重,发展逐渐进入一个误区。如何走出这个误区实现经济的和谐持续长期发展,循环经济得到重视。本文旨在分析这一模式的内涵实质及我国循环经济发展存在的问题,提出发展循环经济的对策,为实现经济的循环持续发展提供一些参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the sixties of the 20th century, American economist Baldin proposed " the spaceship theory "which was thought to sprout in early thought of recycle economy. Entering the 1990s, the economic state of development worsenned day by day, and the resources, the environment problem was increasingly serious. Development has entered a mistaken idea gradually. How to go out of this mistaken idea to realize harmonious and continuous development, recycle economy is paid attention to. This text aims at analysing the essence of this mode and the problem of recycle economy development, putting forward the countermeasure of developing recycle economy, offering some references for realizing the circulating continued development of economy.更多还原
