【摘要】 妇女权益保障法自1992年施行以来,对保障妇女的合法权益、实现男女平等发挥了重要作用。但是,随着我国经济社会的发展,妇女权益保障方面也出现了一些新情况、新问题,需要从制度上加以解决。文章着重对2005年妇女权益保障法修正内容进行评析,同时,对几个有待立法上进一步完善的问题,进行了研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since 1992, the implementation of Women Rights Guarantee Law has played an important role for guaranteeing women’s lawful rights and realizing the equality of men and women. However, with the development of our country’s society and economy, some new conditions and problems arise in the guaranteeing women’s rights, so they must be solved from the system. This paper mainly comments and analyzes the revision of Women Rights Guarantee Law while the author makes a research on some problems further to improve in legislation for this law.更多还原
