AD590集成电路温度传感器应用及问题分析
Design Experiment of the Measurement and Application of the Characteristics of Temperature Sensor in AD590 Integrated Circuits
【摘要】 详细介绍了研究AD590温度传感器的测温原理及应用的实验过程,阐述了实验中确定各电阻阻值时遇到的问题及解决方法,分别从对阻值修正的必要性和重要性、修正原理、具体操作方法三个方面进行了讨论。与水银温度计、铜一康热电偶温度计及半导体热敏电阻温度计相比,AD590温度传感器具有线性好,测温不需要参考点及消除电源波动等优点,因此将广泛地应用于科技和工业领域中。
【Abstract】 Method for researching the characteristics of AD590 temperature sensor,and the experiment’s course of researching its temperature measurement principles and application are introduced.The problems and solutions encountered when we determine the resistance value in the experiments are talked about.Three aspects—the need,importance of the resistance value amended and specific methods of operation are dis- cussed separately.ADS90 temperature sensor has the advanteges such as good binearity,no reference point and etiminable power fluctuate. So it will be applied in science and technology and industry field uidely.
