基于以太网的控制系统集成技术
Integrated Control System Based on the Ethernet
【摘要】 从工业以太网的关键技术入手,对以太网系统集成中的有关问题进行了探讨。介绍了两种以太网的系统结构,即控制中心网络结构和设备中心网络结构;提出了提高以太网系统实时性的几种解决方案,即采取合理安排网络负载、采用星型拓扑结构、使用交换型集线器和采用全双工通信模式等方法。分析了10 Mbps以太网的配置规则和控制系统中对连接和距离的要求等。实践证明,随着网络技术的发展,基于以太网的控制系统将越来越广泛地在实际系统中得到应用。
【Abstract】 The key technology of industrial ethernet is discussed for the problems in integrated Ethernet system.It introduces two kinds of ethernet system structure,which are the network structures of control center and equipment center.The various of solve methods are introduced for increasing the real-time performance of ethernet system,such as reasonable distributing for the net-load,the structure of star-Tuopu,switching hubs and full duplex communication model,etc.The configuring rule of 10 Mbps ethernet and the requirements for connecting & distance in control system are analized.It will be widely used in application equipments based on ethernet system.
