基于PMAC的受控五杆机构控制系统研究
Research on Control System of Controlled Five-bar Mechanism Based on PMAC
【摘要】 介绍受控五杆机构的机械系统结构组成,构思受控五杆机构控制系统的工作原理,设计出该系统的友好界面及其数据传输方式,基于PMAC运动控制器的特点,提出运用 VC对受控五杆机构试验台上位机控制界面的编程思想和方法,利用PMAC运动控制器的相关技术,实现受控五杆机构控制系统的给定图形、机构设置、仿真校验、程序设定及轨迹校验五大模块及其相应程序。经过试验台的试验测试,获得了满意的控制效果,说明该方法可应用于受控五杆机构的控制系统中。
【Abstract】 Mechanical system structure composition of controlled five-bar mechanism and working principle of its control system are introduced. The friendly interface and the data transmission way of the control system are designed. The program thought and meth<x:l of adopting VC to realize control interface in host computer of testing system are put forward based on characteristics of PMAC movement controller. Five control modules of control system, such as given diagram, mechanism setting, simulation test, program setting, and track checkout and corresponding programs are realized by make using of correlative technology of PMAC movement controller. The satisfactory control effect is got by using experiment testing, which indicates that this method is feasible to control system of controlled five-bar mechanism.
