集气管压力自适应模糊解耦控制系统的设计
Adaptive Fuzzy Decoupling Control System of Gas Collector Pressure
【摘要】 针对焦炉集气管压力系统具有强耦合、强干扰、非线性等特点,应用模糊控制理论,提出了一种基于过程状态的自适应模糊解耦控制方法,对集气管压力进行控制;首先,通过在线获取过程状态选取相应的模糊控制策略,以期在复杂工况下提高被控系统的性能——鲁棒性;然后利用模糊补偿解除了多座焦炉集气管压力之间的耦合;最后设计蝶阀专家控制器以适应蝶阀的特性,提高控制品质;实际运行结果表明,该系统具有控制灵活、响应速度快和稳态精度高的优点,对外界扰动具有良好的自适应能力。
【Abstract】 Based on the collector pressure system of coke-oven wh ic h is strongly coupled and disturbed, non-linear multi-variable system, an adapti ve fuzzy decoupling control approach based on process state is presented to con trol the pressure. First, choose appropriate strategy after the information of t he plant is gathered. This enables the realization of stable control for plants under some sophistic conditions and improves the control performance-robustness. Then,fuzzy compensation is adopted to eliminate the coupling of many coke-ovens . Practical results show that the system can achieve high flexibility, rapid res pondence and high steady precision and good controlling effect can be obtain by the controller when parameters of pressure change a lot.
