【Abstract】 Tilt sensor can be used in automation,engineering machinery,medical equipment,etc.Making use of MEMS and MCU technology a tilt sensor with 7-segment LCD and standard RS-485 communication interface is developed,which has advantage of small size,low power.This sensor can be used as a stand-alone instrument,and also be used as a unit linking to field-bus to realize network measure.This sensor has been put into practical use and achieved better results.更多还原
