基于DSP的新型智能超声波相关流量计
New Ultrasonic Flowmeter of Correlation Based on DSP
【摘要】 由于多相流中各相流体的动力学特性极其复杂,使得多相流测量一直未得到满意的结果,如果利用互相关原理进行测量就可以解决多相流测量问题;该流量计以TMS320VC5402为核心,由于DSP强大和快速的运算能力,所以能实时准确地计算出渡越时间和流量值,而且抗干扰能力强;大量的测量数据表明,该流量计是一种准确、快速、稳定的流量测量仪器。
【Abstract】 Dynamics characteristic of multiphase flow is so complex that multiphase flowmeter have no satisfied result. By use of correlation theory , ultrasonic flowmeter based on DSP can solve many problems on multiphase flowmeter. The flowmeter have core of TMS320VC5402. Time-of-flight (TOF) and flow are calculated rapidly because of strong and fast operation ability of DSP. So it has good antijamming capability and high accuracy measurement. The flowmeter is proved precise and stable and reliable by virtue of large measure data.
