一种小型半导体恒温控制系统的研制
Study and Development of a Kind of Minitype Thermoelectric Constant Temperature System
【摘要】 为研究近红外光谱仪中的光源等核心部件受温度影响的特性,研制出一种专门的小型恒温控制系统,此系统采用先进的半导体制冷技术和数字PID算法,并巧妙地使用电机驱动芯片构成驱动电路,测试结果表明,该恒温系统工作稳定可靠,控制精度较高,在微小型恒温系统研制方面有一定的实用和推广价值。
【Abstract】 A kind of special minitype constant temperature system is developed for researching influence characteristic of the core parts in near infrared spectrum instrument,like infrared emitting diodes,by temperature.The system adopts advanced thermoelectric cooling technology and numeric PID arithmetic,which drive circuit is made of motor drive chip skillfully.By testing,it can run steadily and credibly with relatively high precision.For the research and development of minitype constant temperature system,the technology and methods are practical and worthy of using abroad.
