基于CAD模型的三坐标测量机远程测量系统的研究

【摘要】 以三坐标测量机为对象,提出了基于CAD零件模型的三坐标测量机远程测量系统;该系统通过互联网实现远程通信,将信息技术与测量技术相融合,通过虚拟环境对三坐标测量机进行操作,虚拟环境中的被测零件模型根据CAD文件建立;系统采用TCP/IP协议以及虚拟环境和远程图像相结合的监控操作模式,同时充分利用三坐标测量机的控制软件及自主测量特性,实现了基本的远程测量功能;实验证明了该方案的可行性,为基于互联网的远程测量提供了理论依据。

【Abstract】 A remote measurement system of the coordinates measurement is presented based on CAD model.The system is communicated through the internet and integrated with the information technology and measurement technology together.Then the virtual 3D-Coordinate measurement can be operated and the measured part can be loaded through the CAD files of the parts in the virtual environment.The system provides the predictive/preview display control strategy architecture and implementation of the virtual environment and remote image as well as TCP/IP protocol.The control software and autonomous measurement characteristic of the 3D-Coordinate Measurement can be made full use of,so the based remote measurement can be performed.At last the project can prove to be feasible through the experimentation,that the academic proof can be referenced in the field of the based-internet remote measurement.
