数模混合电路互连测试矢量自动生成的实现
Implementation of Automatic Test Vector Generation of Mixed-signal Current in Interconnect Test
【摘要】 测试矢量的自动生成研究一直都是板级边界扫描互连测试中的重点,针对数模混合被测电路的不同结构类型,特别是多扇出类型结点相连的复杂情况,建立了具有代表性的互连结构测试模型;在此模型的基础上提出可进行完备性测试矢量的自动生成算法并用软件加以实现;利用该算法,对实际DEMO板上的芯片进行了互连测试,测试结果表明该算法满足板级边界扫描互连测试的矢量自动生成要求。
【Abstract】 The research of automatic test vector generation is a key technology in boundary-scan interconnect test.A representative in- terconnect structure model is built,which can be applied to different types of structure,especially the type of multi fan--out in the nodes con- nection.At the same time,an automatic generating algorithm based on this model is put forward and implemented with computer software. What’s more,practical tests on demo board are also done to verify the algorithm.The result shows that it can fully satisfy the test vector gen crating requirements of board-level boundary scan interconnect test.
