二氧化氯缓释装置去除室内甲醛的效果

【摘要】 目的室内装潢甲醛污染严重,为了保证空气质量,对自行研制的二氧化氯缓释装置去除游离甲醛的效果进行了观察。方法在相对湿度分别为29%~31%、59%~61%和89%~91%时,甲醛挥发率依次为4.48 mg.h-14、.36 mg.h-1和4.18 mg.h-1。设计二氧化氯释放率分别为5.8 mg.h-1、6.5 mg.h-1和7.4 mg.h-1,进行气体二氧化氯清除空气中游离甲醛试验。用Formaldemeter 400甲醛测定仪测定试验空气中甲醛残留量。结果二氧化氯释放率为5.8 mg.h-1和6.5 mg.h-1不能完全清除3种不同相对湿度下挥发出来的甲醛;二氧化氯释放率为7.4 mg.h-1才能清除3种不同相对湿度下挥发出来的甲醛。结论二氧化氯将甲醛氧化为甲酸直至CO2而除去,因此,长效缓释低浓度气体二氧化氯的装置可以作为室内装潢甲醛污染的清除方法。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the offect of a self-designed equipment of long acting and slow relesing of gaseous ClO2 to remove the indoor formaldehyde pollutant,so as to secure good air quality after decoration.Methods When the relative humidity was about 29~31%,59~61% and 89~91%,the corresponding formaldehyde releasing rate of the formaldehyde generator was 4.48 mg·h-1,4.36 mg·h-1 and 4.18 mg·h-1 respectively.The ClO2 releasing rate was set at 5.8 mg·h-1,6.5 mg·h-1 and 7.4 mg·h-1 to do the experiment.Formaldemeter 400 was used to measure the residue of formaldehyde in the room.Results When the releasing rate of ClO2 was 5.8 mg.h-1 or 6.5 mg.h-1,the released formaldehyde with three types of relative humidity could not be removed effectively,formaldehyde could only be removed when the releasing rate of ClO2 came up to 7.4 mg.h-1.Conclusion ClO2 is able to clear formaldehyde by oxidizing it to form formic acid and ultimately to CO2.Therefore the self-designed equipment of long acting and slow releasing ClO2 of low concentration can be used to eliminate formaldehyde pollution caused by indoor decoration.
